From 1st January 2019 the National Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Information Data Exchange System (the national SafeSeaNet system) was integrated into the International Cargo Logistics and Port Information System (hereinafter - SKLOIS) and the functions of the holder of this system are performed by the state limited liability company “Maritime Administration of Latvia” (hereinafter - Maritime Administration).
Maritime Administration will provide your officials / employees with access to SKLOIS, provided that:
1. An agreement on the use of SKLOIS (hereinafter - the Agreement) is concluded between Maritime Administration and your institution / company;
2. Your institution / company has submitted a SKLOIS user application in relation to the specific person, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
To start the procedure for concluding the Agreement please submit to Maritime Administration completed and signed application (see attachment "Application for Entering into a Contract for the Use of the SKLOIS.docx").
